Maisy's Puppies - born April 1, 2014
Our sweet labradoodle Maisy has had her first litter of babies. She had 3 babies - all boys!
We got her back from the breeder a few days after the delivery. Everyone was so happy to have her home and see the new puppies!
Maisy and first 3 puppies - April 4, 2014
Before Maisy left to go deliver her puppies, Emma was so sad to see her go - she wrote a sweet message for the breeder (Lanie) to read to her every day! :) such a sweet girl...
More puppy pics taken on April 10th.
Brody (named by Emma)
Pepper (named by mommy)
Rex (named by Sammy)
After a couple weeks upstairs, we found we needed to move the puppies to a bigger and more open space. The baby pool in the laundry room worked for a few more weeks. Maisy is such a good mommy.
It wasn't too much longer when they started to need their own food! Then it got interesting!
Then they had to have their own "area"! Geez, they were so Cute and Busy! One of the best parts was when they all started wagging their tails when they saw us! Pepper was the first one to escape and try to have run of the house!
Here's Brody (Emma's friend) holding Brody.
We loved 'em all but I really liked the black one the best. :) Can't wait til the next litter!

Winning Season for Cubs!
Sammy and his Peewee Cubs Team Won the First Colony Little League World Series Championship last night! What a great season - the boys improved so much over the last few weeks and ended up winning the playoff championship over the Astros 13-6! They came in runner up in the overall season so earned two big trophies! Daddy was one of the coaches and mommy was team mom for the boys.

Oh my goodness - look what I found!
I found my old blog! I love it! I can't believe how much Emma & Sammy have grown since I posted here about 3 years ago! Wonder if I can post some current stuff and also some backdated stuff? Ok, just found out that I can't backdate really. But here's one of the cutest photos I think I have of Emma & Sammy... Taken at Target when they were sharing an Icee & pretzel after a little shopping last month (March 2014). They weren't even posing - just enjoying the sweet drink and I was there to capture the cuteness!
Spring Break 2010 - Disneyland!
Found this post in the drafts...written in 2011...just a few things have happened since then! Lol!
Well Celeste got married almost a year ago on the Saturday of spring break and we HAD to go and be there! It really didn't have anything to do with the fact that she happens to live about 20 minutes from Disney Land! :-) Ok maybe...

Emma at the wedding. Don't know how to make it turn right.
Sammy was pretty cute too. He really likes his tie.
Then it was off to Disney the next day! Our first ride was the Dumbo elephant ride. It only had about a 45 minute line to wait in.
and that's all I had...guess I got sidetracked after that for a few years. LOL!

Dad's Hall of Fame Induction
In February 2010, Dad - AKA Melvin Gibbs - got inducted to the Arkansas Sports Hall of Fame along with the 1964 Arkansas Razorback Championship Football Team. The whole family was there and it was a fun time and a great honor for Dad! We are so proud of him! Famous Dad and his fabulous children!
Famous Champions
Jimmy Johnson played on the team and was there to speak on behalf of the team. He stayed around for photos and autographs afterwards. Nick was excited to meet him.
Les couldn't wait to meet him too. Dad got to go see him a few times.
I wanted to meet him too!
The whole family tried to come and we had quite a group!
It was a really fun trip and it is pretty awesome to have someone famous in the family!
Good Job Dad!

FBJSL Pancakes & Pajama party
In February, we went to the League's pajama party for kids and had a fun morning. Emma & Sammy liked the musical chairs book game the most. They played for a while and won several books. Awesome to win prizes!
